Renovated house of XVI century in Spain

Blur Arquitectura Project Office renovated old house, which only has the facade and masonry. Located in a rural area of ​​San Vicente de la Sonsierra (Spain), the house was built in the XVI century. The new owner of the building wanted to turn it into an interesting object for rent. The project budget was small, and the requirements were maximal.



The centerpiece of the house was the staircase overtighten the attention from all floors. On the lower level, it separates the living room from the dining room and the hall, which stands above the boundary between the bedrooms. On the ground floor the architects have provided a pool. To highlight the masonry used in the oak, iron and beton floors. All of the furniture for the house was created based on sketches by architects.
